The chocolate swirl buns that i wanted to make was such a disaster. they were more like chocolate chip+cinnamon buns since i didnt roll out the dough thin enough to see the swirls )): and it didn’t taste that nice either. boohoo
And i tried making broccoli fritters! yea i know it sounds awkward but i like broccoli and i like fried stuff, so ((: and i don’t even know if this should be considered a healthy/unhealthy snack. it tasted pretty good.but it took me an hour to get everything done.

was going to post this after lunch (laksa) but greedy me finished the laksa before i remembered that i was supposed to take a photo. but laksa was made from the paste, so nothing interesting about that anyway.
&&&& im so proud of myself. my friend texted me for my chocolate lava cake recipe because apparently thats my signature dish ((: and so i did. its actually really easy to make and you can be done in 20 minutes. i gave her the recipe from http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/molten-chocolate-cakes-vongerichten because i couldn’t find my original recipe
(its so weird to post a recipe of something you didn’t recently make/have photos of, but its alright, im weird)
Heres what i usually do
- 100g dark chocolate
3 whole eggs
30g plain flour
- Preheat the oven to 450°. Butter and lightly sugar four 6-ounce ramekins. Tap out the excess sugar.
- Melt the butter with the chocolate (they usually say double boil, but i just microwave it and then mix them together). In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until pale.
- Add in the chocolate butter mixture, and then add flour. Spoon the batter into the prepared ramekins and bake for 12 minutes. A foolproof way is to shake the ramekin lightly, if the top wobbles. then YOU’RE TOO GREEDY, WAIT FOR A WHILE LONGER! If not, you’re good to go!
