made blueberry muffin for a potluck on thanksgiving ((: and he made potato gratin. both of us were so fail though. because cl was using the oven at the malaysian house to roast the turkey, so we had to go over to my place to bake the potato gratin and blueberry muffin.
the event was at 6, and we only managed to put the muffins and potato gratin in the oven at 530. then we ran home to change and prepare, and got back to my place at around 550. and we found BURNT MUFFINS )): fml. and the potatoes werent cooked yet. we waited until 730, and finally gave up on the potatoes and only brought the first layer of potatoes to the party )): yea, we suck. but, heres the recipe for the muffins anyway, i made them again today just for the finished photos. they were a little flat because i didn’t want to make too much. plan to make potato chips cookies tmr! ((:
to make 9 muffins
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup milk
2 cups blueberries
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease the muffin pan. Mix butter at medium speed until creamy. Add sugar and beat until pale. Add the egg. Beat in vanilla essence, baking powder and salt. Fold in flour and milk and mix using a spoon. Fold in blueberries (use 1.5 cups). Spoon 2 tablespoons into each muffin cup and add a few more blueberries on each muffin. Bake for 15minutes.
mix butter at until creamy, add sugar and beat until pale (like the color below) and then add the egg!

scoop 2 spoonfuls in each muffin cup and add a few blueberries on the top
hell lot of blueberries in my muffin. reduce the amount if you don’t want that much!
